Lithothamnium, or Lithothamnium calcareum, is a small coral-like algae that grows mainly in the North Atlantic. The extract selected by Sekoya comes from the French coast. It is naturally rich in minerals, including over 80% calcium carbonate, a form that is not easily assimilated by the body.
This is how calcium that is not absorbed by the body binds to acidic elements before being excreted through natural channels. Calcium is also known to contribute to the proper functioning of digestive enzymes found in the stomach and small intestine.
- 3 scored tablets a day, swallow 3 tablets 15 to 30 minutes before lunch or before dinner with a glass of water. For nocturnal acid reflux, swallow 3 tablets 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime.
- This preparation produces its full benefits after one month of treatment. It can be repeated during the year when needed.
