Why are your products unique?

If we had to retain just one difference, we would say that we were the first and remain one of the few to exclude all excipients, technical ingredients, artificial colors, and other preservatives from our products. We have removed these unnecessary substances and replaced them with natural active ingredients.

We only use titrated plant extracts to ensure that our food supplements contain the active ingredients that are so sought after for their health benefits.

Our preparations are formulated to create synergistic actions between ingredients, ensuring superior efficiency.

We use only natural ingredients (vitamins, minerals, plants, etc.) for optimal absorption by the body and perfect tolerance.

This allows us to increase the intake of natural active ingredients while reducing the number of units to be ingested (capsules, tablets).

Are all your products organic?

Where possible, we use extracts from organically grown plants, but we do not use this as a selling point. This is because, on the one hand, different organic labels adopt very different standards and, on the other hand, the analyses we systematically carry out show that our extraction processes eliminate any traces of pesticides that may be present. Of course, we support the approach as a whole.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians?

All our products based on plant extracts are suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets, including capsules. Only three products (Omega 3+, Pernadol®, Pernaflex®) based on nutrients derived from the sea are not suitable for vegans.

Is a Sekoya product more expensive?

If we compare the price of a Sekoya preparation with other brands, it is true that at first glance we can see a difference of up to 20%. But if you examine the duration of consumption, the composition, and the quantities of active ingredients, you will find that the cost ratio with other brands is reversed.

How can I verify the authenticity of a Sekoya preparation?

Guaranteeing the authenticity of our products is very important to us. That's why we only work with official retailers. Only buy your Sekoya dietary supplements from accredited platforms.

A hologram is printed on the bottom of all our packaging, and other invisible security features protect each product. If in doubt, contact us and we will check together whether it is a copy or an original Sekoya product.

Do you guarantee a result?

Women, men, young people, healthy or not, we are all different. Therefore, everyone gets different results.

That being said, our dietary supplements contain natural active ingredients whose health benefits are recognized by the scientific community. To maximize effectiveness, we have developed a protocol that involves a group of consumers who evaluate the efficacy and tolerance of our products from the development stage onwards. Then, once the product is on the market, we continue to regularly survey a panel of customers to find out their impressions. This methodology allows us to continuously improve our formulas as necessary.

Where are Sekoya food supplements manufactured?

All our products are developed and manufactured in Marin on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel in Switzerland according to ISO quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Are Sekoya products covered by insurance?

Each country has its own policy. In 2020, we questioned over 500 consumers of food supplements in Switzerland. We found that less than 4% of them had applied to their supplementary insurance for reimbursement, and 1% had been reimbursed. This may not seem like much, but it still represents 25% of those who asked their insurance.

Where can I get personal advice?

Our products are on sale in pharmacies where the staff is trained in nutrition and phytotherapy, where you will be well advised.

On this website, you can read and download the "product sheet" for each preparation to make the best use of it, as well as find advice for optimal nutrition and lifestyle.

You can also consult our advice in our "journal" menu, call us, or write to us. We will answer your questions and assist you until you are completely satisfied. This service is free for all our customers.

How long do the products keep?

To preserve all nutritional values until the best-before date, store your Sekoya dietary supplement in its original packaging, away from light and at an ideal temperature of around 20°C. After this date, your dietary supplement remains safe to consume, but it loses nutritional value and therefore effectiveness.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians/liens?

Can several food supplements be taken simultaneously?

There is no contraindication to taking several food supplements over the same period of time, provided that the maximum daily values are not exceeded. If in doubt, call us.

If I forget to take my supplement, should I double the dose the next day?

Regular consumption provides the best results. A day without taking a food supplement should not be compensated by taking more the next day. You would exceed some of the recommended intakes without achieving more effects.

What happens if the recommended vitamin intake is exceeded?

The recommended daily allowances are intended for the entire population and do not take into account the age, gender or particular needs of each individual. Therefore, some Sekoya formulas voluntarily exceed the recommended daily allowances, while respecting the limits set in the legislation*.

Can food supplements be combined with medication?

Sekoya preparations have no known interactions with medications. In rare cases, the treating physician may advise against certain combinations. If in doubt, do not hesitate to consult your physician.

What is a dietary supplement?

Food supplements are a concentrated source of nutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect. Their purpose is to supplement a normal diet.

At Sekoya, we use nutrients that are recognized for their effectiveness. They are extracted from natural sources and composed of elements that are essential for the proper functioning of the body.

Some dietary supplements can be taken regularly to support a good quality of life. Others meet specific, occasional needs such as regulating digestion, providing energy, or stimulating the immune system. All contribute to the optimal functioning of the body.

Why use food supplements?

Studies conducted by Swiss and European authorities show that the population's calorie and macronutrient (fat, carbohydrates, protein) requirements are met by their diet. However, these studies also reveal that intake is unbalanced and that food rarely provides the recommended amounts of micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, trace elements). Yet these micronutrients are essential for maintaining good health.

What is in your products?

Sekoya dietary supplements contain vitamins, trace elements, dry or lipid plant extracts, probiotics, and other nutritional substances such as glucosamine extracted from marine nutrients.

All ingredients are derived from natural sources that we select for their effectiveness and affinity with the human body.

We favour proximity, so whenever we can, we buy from Swiss or European producers.

Artificial colouring, fillers, preservatives, synthetic vitamins, stabilisers and other enhancers are banned. Our products contain 100% of highly dosed and natural active nutrients.

Do food supplements make you fat?

Sekoya food supplements are not fattening. On the contrary, several preparations (digestion cure) promote weight loss.

Dietary supplements reduce health problems, but do they replace medicines?

Although Sekoya food supplements are highly concentrated in natural active ingredients, they are not medicines. Do not replace or discontinue your medication without consulting your doctor first.

Delivery time

The standard delivery time within Switzerland is 3 business days.

We work closely with our transport partners, but we cannot guarantee their performance and cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems, delays or missing packages.

Damaged parcel, or does not correspond to my order

If the products delivered do not match your order, or if a product is damaged or opened, please contact us immediately. You must not use the product(s) in question.

Conditions and instructions

At Sekoya, if you change your mind, you can return the products to us intact and at your own expense within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure that your return is properly recorded, please use the form on the back of the letter accompanying your order. We do not accept returns and will not refund products that have been opened, are on sale, or have been received after the deadline. You are responsible for providing proof of the return date.

Are my credentials secure on Sekoya?

In accordance with our data protection policy, your login details are secure on our site and Sekoya will not use them under any circumstances.

To log in to your customer account, simply enter your email address and password.

To create a customer account if you are not yet a Sekoya customer. Simply click on "Create an account."

To request a new password, simply click on "Forgot your password?" and then enter your email address in the field provided. It is essential that you enter the email address you used to create your customer account.

Modifying personal data

In your customer account, under the menu item "My details", you have the possibility to change your personal data and your postal address.

You can also define a different delivery address by clicking on "Add a new address".

After making the changes, click "Save" to confirm the changes.

For technical reasons, you cannot change your email address. contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Change my password

Click on the user account icon. In the window that opens, at the bottom, click on "Forgot your password" and enter your email address. You will then receive a link by email allowing you to reset your password and create a new one.

Delete an account

If you wish to delete your customer account, please contact our customer service. Please enter the email address you use for your Sekoya customer account.

Please note that we can only delete your customer account under the following conditions:

  • You are not involved in a return procedure.
  • You have no current orders. If you placed an order less than 30 days ago, your account will be deleted as soon as your right to return expires.
  • All your orders are paid for.

If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to delete your account.
