THE DATA COLLECTED
The collection of personal data on the www.sekoya.swiss domain is possible:
- When you browse the www.sekoya.swiss website, we collect connection and browsing data via your IP address.

PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS WITH KLARNA
When you choose to pay via Klarna, some of your personal data is transferred to Klarna in order to enable payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with its legal obligations. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data related to orders and accounting records is retained for ten years in accordance with Swiss law. Your customer account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Data used to send marketing communications is retained until you withdraw your consent. Cookies are retained for a maximum of thirteen months when they require your consent.
CAPTURE OF PERSONAL DATA
Your email address is required to receive our electronic communications (information, promotion).
Your last name, first name, email address and date of birth are required to create your customer account, as well as your telephone number for the follow-up of your order.
You must provide your first name, last name, email address, and shipping address to complete your order. The information required for payment is processed directly by our secure payment service providers. Sekoya SA does not have access to your full credit card information.
The provision of your email address is necessary to receive the above communications and is entirely optional.
