Omega 3

Omega-3s are a family of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that the human body cannot produce itself and must be obtained from food. They are vital for the proper functioning of the body, particularly for the brain, vision, and cardiovascular system. The three main types are alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
