- Thanks to its composition, Pernaflex contributes to the following effects:

Free from fillers, Pernaflex concentrates nutrients of high biological value. Developed for joint comfort, this preparation provides natural vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation to ensure normal cartilage function. It also provides zinc to help maintain bone structure, and copper to preserve normal connective tissue.
The naturally-occurring vitamin E, manganese and selenium contained in Pernaflex offer excellent bioavailability and help protect cells against oxidative stress. This patented formula also contains Perna canaliculus extract, glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin. These three natural substances are found in joint connective tissue. - Take 4 capsules a day before your morning or evening meal, with a glass of water.
- During the first few days, the effect of dietary supplements can be strongly felt. This is a well-known reaction which disappears after a few days' use. If you feel any discomfort during the first few days, reduce your intake to 2 capsules a day for 5 days, then increase to 4 capsules a day.

Contraindication
If you are pregnant, breast-feeding or taking anti-vitamin K medication, ask your doctor for advice before using this product. -
Allergy
Do not consume if intolerant to fish, shellfish or mollusks.

What happens in a joint when it becomes painful?
The structure of the cartilage gradually breaks down. Components such as collagen, glucosamine, and chondroitin decrease, which weakens the joint and reduces its ability to withstand stress.
How long does it take to feel the effects?
The effects take longer to appear because this is a deep-tissue treatment. It usually takes several weeks to notice an improvement, but the results are more long-lasting.
What is the difference between Pernaflex and Pernadol?
Pernaflex (Phase II) works on the deep structures of the joint by supplying its key components. It is designed to promote reconstruction and provide long-term support, whereas Pernadol (Phase I) focuses more on comfort and lubrication.
