- Due to its composition, Pernaflex® contributes to the following effects:
- - Protection against oxidative stress
- - Normal cartilage and bone function
- - Maintenance of normal connective tissue, including cartilage
Additive-free, Pernaflex® concentrates nutrients of high biological value. Developed for joint comfort, this preparation provides natural vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation to ensure normal cartilage function. It also provides zinc to help maintain bone structure, and copper to preserve normal connective tissue.
The natural vitamin E, manganese and selenium in Pernaflex® provide excellent bioavailability and help protect cells against oxidative stress. This patented formula also contains Perna canaliculus extract, glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin. These three natural substances are found in the connective tissue of the joints. - - 4 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning, with a glass of water. Or 2 capsules before or during lunch and dinner, with a glass of water.
- - During the first few days, the effect of food supplements can be strongly felt. This is a known reaction that disappears after a few days of use. If you feel any discomfort during the first few days of use, reduce your intake to 2 capsules per day for 5 days, then increase to 4 capsules per day.
- Contraindicationnot suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, adolescents and persons on anticoagulant therapy.
- Allergies: do not consume if you are intolerant to fish, shellfish or molluscs.

Perna Canaliculus mussels, which provide some of the active ingredients in Pernaflex®, are grown near the New Zealand coast in clean, fresh, pollution-free water.
Glucosamine and chondroitin are extracted from marine materials.
