    • Avaler 4 gélules par jour avant le repas du matin ou du soir avec un verre d'eau.
    • Lors des premiers jours, l’effet des compléments alimentaires peut être fortement ressenti. C’est une réaction connue qui disparaît après quelques jours d’utilisation. Si vous ressentez des désagréments durant les premiers jours de prise, diminuez la consommation à 2 gélules par jour durant 5 jours, puis augmentez à 4 gélules par jour.
