Nettle is avoided because of its stinging hairs and is loved for its nutritional composition. From the root to the leaves, everything is good in this plant which is traditionally consumed as a tea or soup. The leaves contain flavonoids, silica, calcium and vitamins. Good for the body, nettle leaves promote vitality.
For our preparation, we have selected an extract of young leaves, as this is the stage when they are most nutritionally rich. The zinc gluconate contained in this preparation supports the acid-base metabolism.
- - 2 capsules per day. Take 1 capsule with your morning and midday meals with a glass of water.
