Pernagel combines four selected plant extracts that work together during massage. Rosemary warms the area and stimulates circulation, harpagophytum helps release tension that limits movement, white willow soothes the area when it becomes sensitive, and comfrey softens the tissue around the joint. Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Harpagophytum (Harpagophytum procumbens)

    J’ai 52 ans, je suis menuisier. Toute la journée porter, visser, forcer sur le bois. Mon poignet droit a commencé à faire mal il y a un an. Au début j’ai rien dit, je continue le travail. Après le matin plus de force, même ouvrir un bocal compliqué. Au boulot chaque mouvement ça tire, ça brûle, ça fatigue la tête. J’ai pris ce gel sans trop y croire. Première semaine ça calme un peu, surtout le soir. Sensation froide puis ça relâche un peu. Deuxième semaine mieux, vraiment. Moins de brûlure, je peux travailler sans penser au poignet tout le temps. Maintenant j’en mets tous les jours. Le matin avant de partir, le soir après la douche, je masse bien. Si j’arrête deux jours, ça redevient raide direct. Donc je continue, sinon ça sert à rien. C’est pas un miracle. Mais je peux faire mon travail normal. Le gel colle pas je reprends les outils direct. L’odeur forte de menthe, mais moi ça me dérange pas.
