Chondroitin sulphate

Chondroitin sulfate is the most abundant disaccharide unit in the GAGs (glycosaminoglycans) found in our cartilage. GAGs are then combined with carrier proteins, hyaluronic acid, collagen, and water to enable cartilage function.
