Hops are a perennial, climbing plant that is grown in all temperate climates. In the past, its cones were used to fill pillows to help people fall asleep. And nowadays, its properties are still recognised and used. This food supplement contains an extract of female hop cones.
It promotes a good night's sleep, it relaxes without knocking you out. And to complete the action of the hops, we add vitamin B6 which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. More relaxed and serene, you will no longer look for the sleep that comes to you.
