L-glutamine

L-glutamine is an amino acid that is part of structural proteins, notably the cell walls of the gut. Glutamine contributes to tighten the cellular junctions and thus to support the role of intestinal barrier. This action limits inflammations linked to intra-cellular entries of large molecules.
