Barley has been part of the human diet for thousands of years. It was valued and used as a decoction by Hippocrates and Galen, the great physicians of antiquity, to nourish and treat patients suffering from infectious diseases. A complete and revitalizing food, it contains the highest concentration of phytonutrients, such as carotenoids, chlorophyll and polyphenols, in the seedling stage.
To maximize its contribution to acid-base metabolism, we combine it with zinc citrate. Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of bone structure and the normal functioning of the immune system.
