Rhodiola is an adaptogenic plant that grows wild mainly in Northern Europe and Russia. It has been used for generations to support cognitive function and resistance to stress. For this preparation we use a rhodiola root extract that contributes to optimal intellectual and cognitive activity.
We combine magnesium citrate to support normal mental functions, selenium to help protect cells against oxidative stress, and zinc citrate to support cognitive functions (memory, reasoning, learning). This natural supplement is an invaluable support during periods of exams or intense intellectual activity.
- 3 tablets a day. Take 2 tablets with your morning meal and 1 with your lunch, with a glass of water.
- The beneficial effect can be felt after just a few days. Depending on the individual, it may take a fortnight.
