  • Dissolve 1.5 tablespoons in 150 ml of liquid each morning or mix with yogurt.

  • Ginkgo & Ginseng: 1 capsule per day
  • Take 1 capsule of Ginkgo & Ginseng with your morning meal and a glass of water.
