Nettle is one of the best-known ancestral remedies. A natural source of minerals, it was once used to fortify warriors and nourish people. Both are rich in silicon, a key trace element for strengthening bones: it is involved in the synthesis of collagen, the main component of the bone matrix, and optimizes calcium fixation.
We combine it with two sulfur-containing amino acids to promote regeneration of supporting tissues. We add zinc, which helps maintain normal bone structure, and selenium, which protects cells against oxidative stress. Naturally-occurring vitamin D3 completes this formula, for a global action. Designed for in-depth action, this combination of active ingredients supports healthy joint function on a daily basis.
