How can you check your body's acidity level?

Simply place a few drops on the strip and, after a few seconds, compare the resulting color with the provided color chart. For a more reliable reading, it is recommended that you measure your pH in the morning and evening for several days and calculate the average of the values. A urinary pH consistently below approximately 6.2 may suggest a higher acid load.
