While products for external use moisturize the epidermis superficially, nourishing the skin from within protects and balances it, giving it all its natural radiance. The result of our research, the Borage & Avocado dietary supplement is made from organic borage and avocado oils. They provide high levels of gamma-linolenic acid, which plays an important role in skin structure.
Our health-beauty formula also contains beta-carotene to support normal skin function and vitamin E to protect cells from oxidative stress (anti-free radicals). The effects of this preparation are appreciated by your body and will be visible on your skin.
- Take 1 to 3 capsules with your morning meal and a glass of water. Borage & Avocado produces its full benefits after 2 months' use, and should be repeated 2 or 3 times a year.

- Avoid tobacco and alcohol, which are harmful to the body and leave their mark on the epidermis.
