Flavonoids

Flavonoids belong to the polyphenol family. They share the same base of 2 aromatic rings linked by 3 carbons. The most common are quercetins, isoflavones or anthocyanins. These substances have anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and protective actions on the vessels.
