Pernadol is a concentrated preparation of high biological value, natural and free of fillers. Our patented formula contains Perna canaliculus extract, glucosamine and chondroitin. These three nutritional and physiological substances play a vital role in building joint tissue.
The natural vitamins C and E, copper, manganese, zinc and selenium contained in Pernadol offer optimal bioavailability for maximum effect. Zinc helps maintain bone structure, while vitamin C contributes to collagen formation to ensure normal cartilage function, essential for joints.
- Take 4 capsules a day before your morning or evening meal, with a glass of water.
- During the first few days, the effect of dietary supplements can be strongly felt. This is a well-known reaction which disappears after a few days' use. If you feel any discomfort during the first few days, reduce your intake to 2 capsules a day for 5 days, then increase to 4 capsules a day.

If you are pregnant, breast-feeding or taking anti-vitamin K, ask your doctor for advice before using this product. -

- For optimum effectiveness, start the joint treatment with Pernadol, then continue with Pernaflex to consolidate results. In the event of acute attacks, use Pernagel for local pain relief.
- Favoring alkalizing foods (vegetables, fruit...)
- Eat oily fish for their omega-3 content (salmon, mackerel, etc.).
- Use vegetable oils (walnut, linseed, olive...).
- Limit acidifying foods (meat, sugar, coffee, soft drinks, dairy products, etc.).
- Walk as much as possible, take the stairs rather than the elevator, do some range-of-motion exercises and gentle gymnastics like water aerobics.

Perna Canaliculus :
