Ginger extract 4:1 (Zingiber officinale, rhizome, Africa & Asia), calcium citrate, black radish extract (Raphanus sativus L. var. niger, France), turmeric extract with 95% curcumin (Curcuma longa L., rhizome, India), rosemary extract (Rosmarinus officinalis, leaves), manganese citrate. Vegetable capsule (hypromellose).
Use
Dosage :
4 capsules a day. Take 2 capsules with your evening meal and 2 capsules before bedtime with a glass of water.

Black radish:
