These general terms and conditions of sale are reserved for pharmacies, medical practices and healthcare professionals established in Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as Healthcare Professionals).
These terms and conditions are available on the brand's websites.
Recommended retail prices are always displayed (including VAT) for information purposes at www.sekoya.swiss.
Professionnel Santé purchase prices are displayed at all times (incl. VAT) on the brand's website(s).
Additional discounts may be granted to the Professionnel Santé. For example, in the event of a promotion, or in relation to the sum of purchases made by the Healthcare Professional.
All orders placed by the Healthcare Professional by email, telephone, post or internet are deemed final.
Orders from the Healthcare Professional are processed within 3 working days of receipt.
All orders placed on the brand's website are delivered by La Poste in Economy mode. If one or more products are unavailable, an indicative delivery date is given and these products are delivered free of charge.
A contribution to postage and packaging costs is invoiced at CHF 20 for all orders under CHF 200, or urgent orders.
Sekoya must be notified of any defects in delivered goods within 2 days of delivery. After this period, the goods are deemed to have been accepted.
The payment term is 30 days net.
Reminders for late payment are invoiced at CHF 10 plus interest on arrears of 5% of the original order amount.
Sekoya reserves the right to request payment in advance, based on creditworthiness.
In principle, the Healthcare Professional may not return goods ordered and delivered without good reason. All returns must be justified and approved by Sekoya.
Returns are made by grouped shipment once per calendar quarter, including a return form with all the Healthcare Professional's information. Only products returned undamaged will be considered.
Sekoya agrees to take back products under the following conditions:
The latest trade-in date is 6 months before the expiry date printed on the product.
The annual volume of returns may not exceed 15% of the volume purchased over the last 12 months.
The Healthcare Professional returns the products concerned at his or her own expense.
For each validated return, Sekoya issues a credit note equivalent to the purchase value of the returned products.
The credit note is to be used by the Healthcare Professional for his or her next order.
Products remain the property of Sekoya until full payment has been received.
These conditions of sale are governed by Swiss law.
The ordinary courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this contract.
